Abstract:
A survey of Iowa voters finds that 65% oppose and 21% support House File 589, the bill currently before the Iowa Legislature that prohibits "whistleblowers" from taking photos or videos at factory farms, puppy mills, or other like facilities. By party lines, 70% of Democrats, 62% of Republicans, and 64% of independents oppose the bill.
