In a survey by Consumers' Checkbook magazine, the publication's subscribers rated 36 Seattle-area dog kennels based on cleanliness, spaciousness, affection toward the animals, and overall quality; 22 kennels received quality ratings of 75% or higher.
Abstract:
Thirty-six kennels were included in this survey of pet care facilities; 22 received quality ratings of 75% or higher, while 15 received top ratings for quality and 10 got top ratings for price. Only three earned top ratings for both quality and price; these include Canine Country Club in Fall City, Win-Star Bed & Biscuit in Tacoma, and the Prison Pet Partnership Program in Gig Harbor.
