According to the My Wellness Scorecard National Study, an online survey of trends in the U.S. lifestyle, including healthy diets, responsible supplement use, and regular exercise, slightly more than half of U.S. adults say they do a good job of avoiding processed, fatty and cholesterol-rich foods.
