We define an "animal advocate" as anyone working to help animals, whether you're a shelter volunteer, a grassroots organizer, or the CEO of a major group. Registrants should have a clear reason for needing access to the HumaneSpot.org resources. Each party undertakes to disclose Confidential Information of the other party only to those of its officers, employees, agents and contractors to whom and to the extent to which disclosure is necessary for the purposes contemplated under the Contract, and each such party agrees to take appropriate measures to ensure compliance by such officers, employees, agents and contractors.
